Imperfections

I am perfect in my imperfections. Secure in my insecurities. Happy in my pain. Strong in my weaknesses. Beautiful in my own way… I am ME!

Was working for 3 hours or more yesterday evening after dinner on a new toy. Had been thinking about working on  a new creation but just did not have the mood and energy. The template design and pattern cuttings with markings was a tedious affair as compared to any of my previous creations. I decided to stopped working at it sightly before midnight after I had managed to sew on all the cloth pieces together.

It does look pretty good after sewing the pieces together. There were many sewing points that I had to be really careful to meet up with to give it a good shape.

Here’s what it looks like after being filled with polyester stuffings.

Not bad looking for a Prototype Teddy! Although I would need to perfect my skills on embroidering his facial features on his muzzle to avoid giving him a cleft look. I still feel a sense of achievement despite his slight facial imperfection. But imperfections can still be cuddly cute at times too. I will just have to be mindful for my next teddy in production.
