Leo was created after a request came in from a friend. She wanted a toy to give to a little girl in Japan. She wanted a toy that could also convey the meaning of Singapore being the Lion City. This toy was inspired by Singapore’s Courtesy Lion. This toy will travel from Singapore to Japan. Cuddles 4 Cherish hopes the girl in Japan will be delighted to receive her new friend, Leo the Lion.

The mane was tricky-Made from ribbon cuts that needed to be torched at the edges to stop it from fraying.
Felt was used and stitched on as eyes to replace the use of buttons which may not be safe for a small child.
